Shabbir has over 25
years of varied
experience, after an MBA
from IIM Calcutta, and a
degree in Enginnering from
VJTI. He has worked in
multiple reputed
organisations, including
past entrepreneurial
ventures, before founding
Nexstep.
Hobbies include
Poetry, Music, Fitness,
Travel & Reading.

Ila has 25 years of work experience, further to her PGDM from IIM (Calcutta) in 1986. She graduated with a B. Sc. (Maths and Statistics) degree. At IIM she specialized in Systems. She worked for a few years in Systems Analysis and Software Development, prior to founding NEXSTEP.
She supports Mangaldeep (www.mangaldeep.org) and BPSN (an NGO working for education).She loves traveling and writes a travel blog.
